    How do I join?

    How are payments made?
    We are currently using Pay Pal for all purchases. You do not need to have a Pay Pal account, just a major credit card. All credit card information are processed through the security of the Shopify website and Pay Pal website and not stored on this website.

    Are the artworks framed?
    In most cases, no. Check out the description of each artwork. It will mention what is included.

    How are artworks shipped?
    Prints can be shipped in a cardboard shipping tube or a tube like container. With other mediums, other arrangement will be made by the artist to get your artwork to you as safely as possible. If there are any issues or concerns, the artist can be contacted through the contact form at the top or on the artist's page.

    What countries do you ship to?
    We ship just about anywhere. If our site allows you to finish the checkout process, then we can ship to you!

    How much is shipping?
    This varies, depending on the quantity of artworks you order, and where they are shipping to. The quickest way to find out is to load up your cart, click the 'checkout' button, then fill out your credit card or PayPal information. Then click 'review payment' or 'login'. Then click 'continue'. Use the pulldown menu to select your shipping method – your shipping costs will appear here. At this point you can complete the order, or cancel and return to the store.

    Are duties / fees included?
    No. Please note that customers are responsible for all international custom and duty fees, which may or may not be applicable, depending on the destination. These are in addition to, and not included in, the cost of shipping. 

    When will my order arrive?
    All orders are shipped within 2 weeks. The shipping time will vary depending on the destination. We always choose the fastest available option, within the amount paid for shipping. Feel free to email us using the contact form, if you have a particular deadline, and we'll let you know if we can make it!

    What is your return policy?
    We will gladly issue refunds on returned artworks within 30 days, if they arrived in damaged condition. Otherwise, sales are final.
